Gilchrist as President & Managing Member, and Mrs. Erica Gilchrist as the Chief Financial Officer and Majority Member. Mr. Gilchrist has 24 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. Mrs. Gilchrist has more than 20 years of experience in managing non-profit organizations.
PEC is a full-service environmental consulting firm operating across the United States of America, specializing in conducting Environmental Due Diligence for commercial real estate transactions (Phase I / Phase II ESAs, Material Compliance Reviews), Site Assessment and Remediation of contaminated sites, and environmental compliance.
PEC utilizes the latest technologies to streamline the environmental investigation and analysis process. From the use of innovative field technologies to collect data in the field, to the use of the latest three-dimensional modelling and fate & transport modelling to evaluate the distribution of contaminants in the subsurface and the risk to human health and the environment.
